EU Environmental Liability Directive 2004

EU Environmental Laibility Directive 2004 is soon to enter the Statute book in early 2009. The Act enshrines the "Polluter Pays" principle into legislation.

Traditional Property Damage and Public Liability policies will no longer respond creating perceived Gaps in Cover which can be now be closed off by means of Envionmental Impairment Liability Insurance.
