Financial Services Ombudsman

The Financial Services Ombudsman is a statutory officer who deals independently with unresolved complaints from consumers about their individual dealings with all financial service providers. It is a free service to the complainant.

Who can the Ombudsman help?

• All personal customers of financial services.
• Limited Companies with turnovers of less than €3 million.
• Charities, club trusts and partnerships.

A Formal Complaints Procedure is in place to deal with all inquiries
